The musician and music educator will perform in Roseburg, Troutdale, Forest Grove, Oakridge and Cottage Grove. Supporting her on this tour will be various members of her band, Melissa Ruth & The Likely Stories, playing original music that she dubs "Doo-Wop Twang".

"No matter what I write, it always seems to come out as some cross between country and blues. I guess that's just what you might call rural." Ruth comes by it honestly. She grew up in the mountains of rural British Columbia and currently lives on a small ranch in Western Oregon with her husband and guitar player, Johnny Leal. Most of her music touches on some aspect of rural life and living.

In 2023, Melissa released her 4th self-produced studio album, Bones. The album received national airplay and solid reviews and Ruth toured throughout the PNW in support of the album. Take Effect said "Ruth's rural formula is one that uses sharp imagery and musicianship" and Roots Music Report described Melissa's music as "seriously mesmerizing minimalism, lacing roots sounds with melodic and harmonic spiritualism".

4/6 from 7-10pm: Live Music w/ Angelic Noise
